The Inside-Out Sports Elite Triangle Triathlon Team (IOS ETTT) is a 501(c)(3) organization formed in 2006 to help foster growth in the sport of triathlon and promote healthy lifestyles in the Triangle (Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill) area of North Carolina.

The Inside-Out Sports Elite Triangle Triathlon Team is made up of carefully selected elite amateur multi-sport athletes who are focused on competing in high profile multi-sport events, while helping to grow the sport of triathlon and being health advocates in their community.
